Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how RedditPal (“RedditPal”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and shares personal information when you visit our website, book a call or use our services. We are the controller of the personal information described here.
You can contact us about privacy at [email protected].
Information we collect
Information you give us.
- When you book a call: your name, work email address, role, startup or company name, website, product type, company stage, goals, previous Reddit experience, monthly budget range, any notes you add, and the date, time and time zone of the call you choose.
- When you become a customer: billing contact details, brand and product information, content approvals, and other information you share with us while we deliver the services.
- When you contact us: your messages and any attachments.
Payment information. Payments are handled by Stripe. We receive limited information such as the payment status, the last four digits and brand of the card, and the billing country. We do not receive or store your full card number or security code.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may log technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information, referring page and the time of your visit. We use this for security, reliability and troubleshooting.
How we use information
We use personal information to:
- schedule and hold your call, send your confirmation, and email the meeting link 15 minutes before the call starts;
- assess fit, prepare a relevant proposal and respond to your enquiries;
- provide the services, manage the relationship, invoice you and process payments;
- keep the website and our business secure, and prevent fraud and abuse;
- meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations; and
- improve our website and services.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Legal bases (EEA, UK and similar regions)
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on: performance of a contract or steps you ask us to take before entering one (for example, booking a call and delivering services); our legitimate interests in running, securing and improving our business, which are not overridden by your rights; legal obligation (for example, tax and accounting records); and consent where we ask for it, which you may withdraw at any time.
International transfers
We and our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above. As a general guide: call-booking details are kept for up to 24 months if no engagement follows; customer records are kept for the duration of the engagement and then for the period required for tax, accounting and legal purposes (typically up to seven years); and server logs are kept for a short period for security. We delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls and the use of reputable providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to certain processing, to receive a copy of it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. If you are in the EEA or UK, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
California and other US states. You may have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, to request deletion or correction, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
To exercise a right, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law.
Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

The website may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies.
